SALMON PIZZA

Ingredients

Pizza

2 gluten-free pizza crusts (or pizza crust of your choice, pre-baked)

Sauce

¼ cup (60 ml) plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup (60 ml) Silly Billy Pickle Mayonnaise

⅓ cup (85 ml) Silly Billy Pickle Dip

⅓ cup (85 mL) fresh dill, finely chopped

½ red onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp. tbsp (30 ml) capers, chopped

½ lemon (zest & juice)

Toppings

350 g raw salmon, in 1 cm cubes

8 jalapeño slices

6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

100 g feta, crumbled

⅓ cup (85 ml) Silly Billy Pickle Mustard

Preheat oven to 400.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the pizza crusts.

In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Garnish the pizza crusts with the sauce.

Bake for 15 minutes.

To give your pizzas a festive and appetizing look, I advise you to pour the pickle mustard in a thin stream in the shape of a spiral, over all your toppings! Yum!
