SALMON PIZZA

Ingredients
Pizza
- 2 gluten-free pizza crusts (or pizza crust of your choice, pre-baked)
Sauce
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup (60 ml) of Silly Billy Pickle Mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup (85 ml) of Silly Billy PickleDip
- ⅓ cup (85 mL) of fresh dill, finely chopped
- ½ red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. (30 ml) of capers, chopped
- ½ lemon (zest & juice)
Toppings
- 350g of raw salmon, in 1 cm cubes
- 8 jalapeño slices
- 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 100g of feta, crumbled
- ⅓ cup (85 ml) of Silly Billy Pickle Mustard
Preheat oven to 400F.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the pizza crusts.
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Garnish the pizza crusts with the sauce.
Bake for 15 minutes.
To give your pizzas a festive and appetizing look, I advise you to pour the Silly Billy Pickle Mustard in a thin stream in the shape of a spiral, over all your toppings! Yum!
