Ingredients
- 1 bag of commercial tater tots (approx. 650g)
- 1 whole lemon
- ¼ cup of Silly Billy Pickle Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup of sour cream
- 1 tbsp. of Silly Billy PickleDip
- 1 tbsp. of Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. of chopped fresh chives
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- A dozen radishes, thinly sliced
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
STEP 2
Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes or until tender-crisp. Using a spatula, lightly crush each tater tot. Return to the oven for a further 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crisp.
