Silly Billy product used :


  • Pickle mustard and pickle sriracha


Ingredients


  • 30 ml pickle mustard

  • 30 ml pickle sriracha

  • 300 g fresh round steak, cut daily

  • 1 French shallot

  • 30 g finely diced pickles of your choice

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 50 ml olive oil

  • Salt, pepper

  • Extra pickle sriracha to taste


Preparation


  1. Cut the beef into small cubes.

  2. Cut the shallots and pickles into small pieces.

  3. Mix all the ingredients together, adding the egg yolk.

  4. Top it all off with delicious pickles—sweet or salty—no one will judge you!
