Silly Billy product used :
Pickle mustard and pickle sriracha
Ingredients
30 ml pickle mustard
30 ml pickle sriracha
300 g fresh round steak, cut daily
1 French shallot
30 g finely diced pickles of your choice
1 egg yolk
50 ml olive oil
Salt, pepper
Extra pickle sriracha to taste
Preparation
Cut the beef into small cubes.
Cut the shallots and pickles into small pieces.
Mix all the ingredients together, adding the egg yolk.
Top it all off with delicious pickles—sweet or salty—no one will judge you!
