Caesar-style potato salad

Silly Billy product used :
Pickle mayo
Ingredients
Salad:
1 2 lb bag of baby potatoes
1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
4 to 6 slices of cooked bacon, coarsely chopped
½ cup of shaved Parmesan cheese
½ cup of croutons, homemade or store-bought
For the dressing:
½ cup of Silly Billy pickle mayonnaise
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chopped capers
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the potatoes for about 10 to 15 minutes, until tender. Drain, then cut the potatoes in half.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the dressing.
Place the potatoes in a salad bowl, then add the dressing. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
Add all the other ingredients, mix well, and serve.
