Chocolate and pickle tartlets

Silly Billy product used :


  • Pickle Sriracha


Les ingrédients


  • 50 g sriracha with pickles

  • 40 g pickledip sauce

  • pie crust (individual or to share)

  • 300 g milk chocolate

  • 225 ml 35% cream

  • 20 g salted butter

  • 3 ml Espelette pepper


Preparation


  1. Bring the cream, butter, sriracha with pickles, and pickled dip to a boil.

  2. Pour the hot mixture over the milk chocolate and Espelette pepper.

  3. Mix the mixture. Once the mixture is smooth, pour it into the pie crust(s). Leave in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours before serving.
