Crispy ramen salad

Silly Billy product used :
Pickle Sriracha
Ingredients
Salad:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 carrots, peeled and julienned
½ to 1 cup edamame
1 green onion, sliced
¼ cup coarsely chopped peanuts
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
For the ramen noodles:
4 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Silly Billy's Sriracha Pickle Sauce
2 teaspoons tamari sauce
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 packages ramen noodles with seasoning, broken into small pieces (vegetarian or chicken)
For the dressing:
The two seasoning packets from the ramen packages
Juice of two limes
6 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons Japanese mayonnaise
2 to 3 tablespoons Silly Billy's pickle sriracha
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the ramen noodles, except for the noodles.
Add the noodles and mix well to coat.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until the noodles are golden brown. Let cool completely.
In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salad. Season to taste, then add the crispy noodles.
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing.
Drizzle the salad with dressing and serve.
