Crispy tilapia tacos

Silly Billy product used :


  • Pickle mayo


Ingredients


  • 8 flour or corn tortillas (12 cm)

  • 150 g panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 medium tilapia fillets

  • 2 limes

  • 1/4 small red cabbage

  • 1/2 bunch cilantro

  • Oil for frying (sufficient quantity)

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 4 tablespoons Oh Silly Billy mayonnaise


Preparation


  1. Cut the tilapia fillets into strips. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Coat with panko breadcrumbs.

  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the strips until golden brown. Drain them on paper towels.

  3. Thinly slice the red cabbage and mix it with the juice of 1 lime, a pinch of salt, and the chopped cilantro.

  4. Heat the tortillas in a frying pan.

  5. Spread Silly Billy mayo on each tortilla, add the coleslaw and tilapia strips.

  6. Squeeze a little lime juice before serving.
