Crispy tilapia tacos

Silly Billy product used :
Pickle mayo
Ingredients
8 flour or corn tortillas (12 cm)
150 g panko breadcrumbs
2 medium tilapia fillets
2 limes
1/4 small red cabbage
1/2 bunch cilantro
Oil for frying (sufficient quantity)
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt and pepper (to taste)
4 tablespoons Oh Silly Billy mayonnaise
Preparation
Cut the tilapia fillets into strips. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the strips until golden brown. Drain them on paper towels.
Thinly slice the red cabbage and mix it with the juice of 1 lime, a pinch of salt, and the chopped cilantro.
Heat the tortillas in a frying pan.
Spread Silly Billy mayo on each tortilla, add the coleslaw and tilapia strips.
Squeeze a little lime juice before serving.
