Silly Billy product used :

  • Pickledip

Ingredients

  • 1 10.5 oz (300 g) brie cheese

  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) unsalted butter

  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 ½ tbsp (22.5 ml) pickledip pickle sauce

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) finely diced dill pickles

  • 7.5 ml (½ tablespoon) honey

  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) whole grain mustard

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • Sliced baguette or bread croutons to taste

Preparation

  1. Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cheese on the sheet. The Brie could also be placed in a Brie cheese baking dish.

  2. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the center feels soft to the touch. Baking time may vary slightly depending on the thickness of the cheese.

  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Panko breadcrumbs and cook, stirring, until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

  4. Mix the pickledip sauce with the dill pickle pieces, honey, and whole grain mustard.

  5. Remove the brie from the oven and immediately top with the pickle garnish. Sprinkle with crispy breadcrumbs and freshly ground pepper.

  6. Enjoy warm, melted brie with slices of baguette or bread croutons.
