Nachos with smoked meat

Ingredients
For the nachos
1 bag (200 g) corn chips
400 g smoked meat, sliced and finely chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
¼ cup Silly Billy pickle sauce
For the coleslaw
2 cups finely shredded or chopped cabbage
1 finely shredded or chopped carrot
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F and place the rack in the center. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the coleslaw. Set aside.
Spread the corn chips on a baking sheet, then top with the smoked meat, mozzarella cheese, and Gruyère cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, top with the coleslaw, and drizzle with the pickle sauce. Serve.
