Pickle Spicy Margarita

 

Silly Billy product used :

• Pickle Vodka

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Silly Billy pickle-flavored vodka

• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur

• 1 oz fresh lime juice

• 0.25 oz simple syrup

• 3 slices jalapeño pepper

• 1 pinch salt or 0.25 oz Manzanilla sherry

  
  

Garnishes:

• Maldon salt (for frosting)

• 1 slice dill pickle

Preparation

1. Frost half of the glass by squeezing a lime wedge around the rim, then running it around a plate covered in salt.

2. Crush the jalapeño slices at the bottom of the shaker using the muddler.

3. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker.

4. Add ice cubes, then shake vigorously.

5. Double strain through a fine strainer into the frosted glass filled with ice cubes or over a large ice cube.

6. Garnish with a slice of pickle.
