Prosciutto criss-cross tart

Silly Billy product used :
Pickle Mustard
Ingredients
¼ cup melted butter, divided
1 package (1.9 lb) phyllo dough, thawed at room temperature
¼ cup Silly Billy's Pickle Mustard
1 package (3.5 oz) prosciutto
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 egg
3 tbsp milk or 35% cooking cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350. Brush a 9-inch ovenproof skillet with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Place two sheets of phyllo dough on your work surface, one on top of the other, with the short sides of the dough facing you. Using your fingers, fold the dough into an accordion shape. Transfer the folded dough to the pan. Repeat this step with all the dough to fill the pan.
Pour the remaining melted butter over the dough.
Spread a little mustard between the layers of pasta, then add the slices of prosciutto and cheddar cheese.
In a small bowl, mix the egg with the cream. Season to taste.
Pour the mixture over the pie and bake for 25 minutes or until the pie is golden brown.
