Silly Billy product used :


  • Pickledip, pickle mustard and pickle mayo


Les ingrédients


Pizza

  • 2 gluten-free pizza crusts (or pizza crusts of your choice, pre-cooked)


Sauce

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) Silly Billy Pickle Mayonnaise

  • ⅓ cup (85 ml) Silly Billy PickleDip

  • ⅓ cup (85 ml) fresh dill, finely chopped

  • ½ red onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) capers, chopped

  • ½ lemon (zest & juice)


Toppings

  • 350 g raw salmon, cut into 1 cm cubes

  • 8 jalapeño slices

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled

  • ⅓ cup (85 ml) Silly Billy's Pickle Mustard


Preparation


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

  4. Spread the sauce over the pizza crusts.

  5. Add the toppings.

  6. Repeat step 5 until all the wonton wrappers are cooked. Let cool to room temperature.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve!
