Silly Billy product used :
Pickledip, pickle mustard and pickle mayo
Les ingrédients
Pizza
2 gluten-free pizza crusts (or pizza crusts of your choice, pre-cooked)
Sauce
¼ cup (60 ml) plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup (60 ml) Silly Billy Pickle Mayonnaise
⅓ cup (85 ml) Silly Billy PickleDip
⅓ cup (85 ml) fresh dill, finely chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons (30 ml) capers, chopped
½ lemon (zest & juice)
Toppings
350 g raw salmon, cut into 1 cm cubes
8 jalapeño slices
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
100 g feta cheese, crumbled
⅓ cup (85 ml) Silly Billy's Pickle Mustard
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Season with salt and pepper, and mix well.
Spread the sauce over the pizza crusts.
Add the toppings.
Repeat step 5 until all the wonton wrappers are cooked. Let cool to room temperature.
Bake for 15 minutes. Serve!
