Cream cheese dip with pineapple and pickles

  • Pickledip


Ingredients


  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned

  • 2 tablespoons Silly Billy pickle sauce

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 sweet pickle, finely chopped or sliced, for garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Silly Billy pickle sauce, for garnish

  • Plain chips, pita bread, or raw vegetables, for serving


Preparation


  1. In a food processor, whip the cream cheese with the pineapple chunks, pickle sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, and salt until smooth.

  2. Place the dip in a bowl and add the pickle garnish and sauce.

  3. Serve with plain chips, pita bread, or raw vegetables.
