Salad of beets, feta, and dill

Silly Billy product used :
Pickle Mustard
Ingredients
Salad:
4 large (or 8 small) pre-cooked beets, cut into wedges
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup chopped dill
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pistachios
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
For the dressing
3 tablespoons Silly Billy's pickle mustard
1 tablespoon neutral oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1.5 tablespoons honey
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing. Set aside.
In a salad bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
Add the dressing and toss to coat the ingredients. Serve.
