Gravlax with honey mustard and vodka with pickles

Pickle Mustard and pickle vodka
Ingredients
1 salmon fillet with skin, approximately 1 kg
1/2 cup coarse salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons pickle-flavored vodka
1 tablespoon pickle-flavored mustard
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Preparation
Mix the salt, sugar, vodka, mustard, honey, and dill to make a paste.
Place the salmon in a deep plate and pour the sugar and flavored salt mixture over the salmon.
While the rice is cooking, chop the lettuce, cut the bell pepper into strips, shred the red cabbage, slice the cucumbers into rounds, and dice the pineapple. Slice the avocados just before assembling to prevent them from browning.
Add lemon and lime slices.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 36 hours.
Rinse with cold water and slice.
